Rosa Roth – Der Tag wird kommen
(TV series/ ZDF)

Content: In a Berlin airport toilet, a suitcase is found containing previously unknown plastic bullets;  putting the security agencies on high alert. These munitions cannot be detected by a metal detector or sniffer dogs, and most importantly, there must be a weapon that uses them. Who has it, and where and when would they use it? Rosa Roth takes up the fight against a powerful enemy. Central to this game of life and death are: Michael Katzmann (Sylvester Groth), a convicted felon who has unfinished business with Rosa Roth; the Amsterdam weapons dealer Willem van Kleve (Mario Adorf) and Paris-based Arab Nabil (Ingo Hülsmann ), who seeks to establish a new world order. Rosa Roth has no idea what their plans are and what kind of crimes they are plotting to commit. In no time, she is professionally and privately on the edge of an abyss. The tensions accumulate from day to day.

“The pace is not as intense and riveting as in "24", but this story is relatively, comparatively – well, let’s say  comprehensible. It’s sort of a criminal with a pistol with silencer: well told, well produced and well supported. All in all, good entertainment...” (Source:

“Captivating and stylishly staged” (Source:
